Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth

Access Anytime.

Clancy has been sharing prenatal yoga with women since 2016, and is passionate about holding space for the rite of passage to motherhood. Clancy sees yoga as a powerful grounding force for women to connect more deeply to their body, baby and breath.

Through yoga Clancy focuses on embodied movement, breath work, and mindfulness to prepare the body, mind and spirit for the innate, primal nature of birth.

Clancy draws on her wealth of childbirth education and knowledge around natural birth and weaves this wisdom into her classes.

a little more about yoga and me…

In 2009, Clancy discovered yoga. The practice changed her life and was her guiding light and anchor while navigating the stressors attached to her corporate career, and ultimately leaving that career.

In 2014 Clancy completed her first yoga teacher training in yin yoga and over the years has gone on to complete additional hatha and prenatal yoga teacher trainings. When Clancy was pregnant in 2015, it became very clear that she had found her true calling and passion for supporting women in pregnancy and birth.

Happy words from women who have taken my course…

“I took Clancy's pre-natal yoga course from 34 weeks right up until 39 weeks, and I know it played a huge role in preparing and supporting me to have an all natural, drug and intervention free VBAC (vaginal birth after previous caesarean) of my beautiful, big 4.2kg boy, right on time! Not only did I feel physically prepared and confident with the right strength and flexibility to birth my baby, but I felt more emotionally and spiritually connected."

“Clancy’s yoga for empowered birth did exactly that! Empowered me to do the work that I needed to do in order to birth without fear. I had Clancy’s voice in my head the whole time I was in labour, cheering me on. It was the best part of my week being able to take some time for me and I find myself wishing I was pregnant again just so I could do it for a third time (it was so good I did it twice!!).”

“Thank you Clancy. Your yoga course was such a wonderful experience. I can’t thank you enough. This has been a highlight of my pregnancy so far! Your education has helped me connect with my baby and my birth (where I have complete choice and power!) Thank you again.”
